剧集介绍：

民国初年，江南小镇的两家最有名的酒楼余家和曹家走向了迥然不同的命运，余家败落，曹家兴起，本应嫁给余春荣的李如锦无奈嫁给了余春荣的表哥曹庆祥，至此曹余两家陷入了二代人的恩怨纠葛。20年后，余春荣的女儿惠兰长大成人，正直善良、厨艺精湛，成为戏班的小厨娘，是十里八乡的好姑娘，因为各种渊源最终嫁入了曹家。惠兰因不满曹家棒打鸳鸯，李如锦和惠兰婆媳两人产生了诸多误会和冲突。而曹家的小姑晓娟与管家联手利用曹家的矛盾篡夺了曹家财产，赶出如锦一家，占据了曹家。如锦与惠兰在危难中化解恩怨，利用家传的御厨秘籍，赢回了酒楼，成就了一番好婆婆、乖儿媳的佳话。
