剧集介绍：

朱德生于贫苦农民家庭，参加了蔡鄂领导的云南起义，成为滇军名将。后由于滇军内部斗争，朱德赴欧洲留学，结识周恩来并加入中国共产党。回国后，他参加八一南昌起义。南下时，朱德任先遣军指挥，在主力攻打潮汕失败后，朱德率领的部队成为保存下来的一支革命火种。井岗山会师后，朱毛红军名扬天下，并在瑞金建立中央革命根据地，粉碎国民党四次反“围剿”。第五次反“围剿”中，中央革命根据地丢失，红军不得不进行长征。长征中，朱德为争取四方面军，三过雪山草地，终于带领二、四方面军到达陕北。抗战爆发后，朱德任八路军总司令，领导了平型关大捷，百团大战等著名战役。解放战争中，他与毛泽东一起指挥三大战役和渡江战役。新中国成立后，朱德勤政为民、克勤克俭、作风民主、实事求是。
